PRIVACY POLICY

Effective May 13, 2019

PCI Booking recognizes the importance of protecting the privacy of all information provided by its users through the PCI Booking website, as well as through the use of its products and services. PCI Booking has created the following policy guidelines in order to ensure that its users’ rights to privacy are fully respected.

What types of information does PCI Booking gather?

Personal information is collected through various registration and request forms. The forms require the user to insert contact information such as name and email address. Unique identifiers such as a password and user name are collected to verify your identity, as well as to identify your account in our record system.

Contact information is used to send our users billing and account information, and updates on the company and its services. Upon request, PCI Booking will enable users to “opt-out” of any further service notifications.

PCI Booking acquires its users’ IP addresses, in order to help diagnose problems with its server.

Personal and Contact Information

PCI Booking will not reveal any personal information that users provide to us to a third party without permission. However, if PCI Booking has determined a user to have abused the service, i.e. used the service contrary to the Terms of Service, we reserve the right to disclose the identity of users to any party, including but not limited to law enforcement bodies, to stop abuse of the service.

Information in Fax Messages

Information sent through the XML and fax messaging network by registered clients will be confidential. Specific information will be accessed only in cases where support or repair is required. In such cases, information from messages sent through the PCI Booking system will not be disclosed to anyone other than those required to repair the problem. Additionally, sample messages may be monitored by PCI Booking for quality assurance purposes.

Information sent through the fax and XML messaging network by users of our free sending service will be monitored for compliance with the free service usage guidelines.
